Cleanup Day

Yesterday was cleanup day at daddy's golf club. He took Ollie to "help." Ollie loved playing in the pro shop with Sean and all of those golf balls! I guess he needed a little break, so the bottom picture is him sitting in the chair watching Handy Manny. You can see the top of his head! While they were gone I started cleaning out the attic to make a new spare bedroom for all of our upcoming guests since the old spare bedroom will have some new residents :) By the time they got home we were all exhausted and in need of a nap!

Outdoor Fun

It has been raining here the last few days, but yesterday we had a little break. So, Kelli dropped Avery off for a bit while she ran to the grocery store and I took the kids outside. It's funny how they like to do their own thing now. Ollie liked to push his little car up and watch it roll back down to him while Avery loved playing with Hogan. They were both dying to get through the little gate...which is going to be soon enough! Can't wait for pool season :)

Reading

Who needs "your baby can read?" Ollie loves books and sometimes would rather just sit and read himself, as exhibited in this video!

Zoo!

Yesterday we decided to enjoy the beautiful weather and head to the zoo. As most of you know, Ollie LOVES animals, especially safari animals. He loved it! He was making all of the animals sounds and was adorable. Kelli, her mom, Avery, and Jack met us there. It was so much fun..but a little over zealous on my part. I was just as exhausted as Ollie was!

Baby Aidan!

We finally got to see baby Aidan again. Summer brought him over on Friday afternoon. We hadn't seen him since he was in the hospital. He is such a little cutie pie..and almost the size of Ollie! Ok that may be a little exaggerated, but not much! It was so weird to be holding a baby again. Ollie loved him and tried giving him a hug. P.S. He found my hair tie, which is around his wrist...not a bracelet.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy late St. Patrick's Day! It has been so nice out lately that we've been spending lots of time outside. Here is a pic of Ollie in his St. Patty's gear for the party at Patti's. We also learned this week that the babies are both boys!! The sonograms are a little hard to see but you can see both of their heads. You can't really get them in the same picture anymore because they are so big. Oh, and William says my last post was a mess. I guess I was still tired from the wedding! Sorry! That picture was of Ollie putting himself in timeout :)

Suzi's Wedding

This weekend was very buy. Our friend, Suzi got married on Saturday! We had a great time, but it was a hard weekend! Aunt Tiffer came Friday night and stayed Saturday to take care of Ollie. It was the first time I've stayed away a whole night. I didn't see him for 36 hours. It was sad, but I kept telling myself it was good to prepare both of us for the 2 night hospital stay that will be here before we know it. I couldn't get enough hugs and kisses today :) Unfortunately, Ollie is still hitting people. usually when I as him if he needs a time out, he says no and will stop whatever the bad thing is that he's doing. Today when I asked he just walked over and sat down. It was the funniest thing!

Bus Ride!

Ollie's hair grows like Daddy's and was starting to feather, so we decided it was time for another trip to the barber. Daddy had to hold him again and he cried in the beginning. He looks so handsome! While Daddy was getting his hair cut, Ollie and I decided to check out the little rides. He loved riding in them, especially the bus!

Sunny Day

It was so sunny out today that I figured we had to do something outside! I wanted to go to the zoo, but our zoo is annoying and closes at 4:30...not enough time to get there after school and unload. Instead, we called Kelli to see if she wanted to bring Avery and Jack over for a walk. We stuck the two rugrats together in Kelli's new double stroller and let Jack sleep in the single. It was such fun...well until the sun went away! We also have been working on using a big boy cup. Here is a picture of him doing it himself (before he dumped too much and got his pants all wet!).

The Saroneys

We've had an interesting week. William has a herniated disc so we have been visiting doctors and trying to find him some comfortable positions. He has physical therapy three times this week, so cross your fingers that it will help relieve the pain. On Saturday he felt a little better and we had a playdate with the Saroneys. (was hoping to post these right after dinner but we had out first bloody nose and that took priority! ) They have three children, James, Emma, and Jack. Ollie loved playing with them. We were hoping that Jack could help put Ollie in his place a little since he can be a little...aggressive! They all got along great! We went to dinner up the road and Ollie tried a pickle for the first time. We think he was mostly interested because of the ketchup since he gagged and spit the pickle right back out after the ketchup was gone! He did try grapefruit today (and liked it!) but I forgot to get a picture.

Fun at the Ides

Today we went to visit Kelli, Avery, and Jack. We haven't seen them in forever! Ollie was more interested in her toys than her at first. She has a cute little kitchen set that he likes to play with. Here, he took the sink out and was digging around in it. Eventually they started playing together. I say "playing" but these days it seems they just want the other one has and will push the other one to get it! Jack slept almost the whole time. As we were getting ready to leave hr finally woke up so Ollie got to hold him for a minute. He LOVES babies and didn't want to let him go. He kept giving him hugs and kisses. It was so cute!! Good thing Baby B is a boy.....
