Cranky Pants?

I have new found respect for mothers who have babies with colic. This week Ollie has been crying pretty much non-stop. Things he normally loves (his exosaucer, rolling around on the floor, his friends at Patti's, etc) result in loud, constant crying. William says he is just manipulating us and wants to be held. I buy this theory on some level, but he even cries sometimes when you are holding him. So, part of me thinks there has to be something else(like teething since he chewed on a frozen teething ring till he was close to frostbite!). And, why all of a sudden? We had such a great time last week. Poor Patti has to hear it all day long...I hope she doesn't boot us! The silver lining?? The big boy can sit up by himself as seen above, however, these were the best pics I could get due to all of the crying! If anyone has any theories....I'd love to hear 'em!

Hobart Orange!

It is turning out to be such a beautiful week here in Syracuse, New York. I had to get Ollie outside to enjoy some fresh air. Since he is such a big boy now, I decided to bring out the umbrella stroller instead of lugging out the big one. Of course, it is Hobart orange! He really enjoyed being able to move around more and see everything. We can't wait for the 70 degree weather later on this week...maybe he can wear one of his new short outfits from Grandma Sally!

Grandma Sally

Ollie and I caught some bug (or maybe I just passed it to him?) Saturday because we were both up all night. We were suppose to go visit The Ides (Avery, Ollie's girlfriend) in their new house for a BBQ, but we ended up spending the day napping on and off in bed. While I didn't like feeling yucky, I did enjoy spending my last day of vacation snuggling with my baby! While we are on the mend, I wasn't able to snap any pics today so I am posting the ones Grandma Sally sent me from Easter.

A Visit with the Stucks

Aunt Linda, Uncle Larry, and Lauren visited yesterday. It was such a beautiful day. We had lunch at The Retreat and then walked around Onondaga Lake Parkway. It was great, but we had to cut our walk short so the little man could eat! Once his belly was full, he loved having everyone make him laugh.

Aunt Tiffer!

I had to go to the dermatologist today so I was planning on dropping Ollie off at William's office for the half hour. As I was getting ready to pack up Ollie's stuff, Aunt Tiffer walked through the door! Yeah! So Ollie got to stay and play with her. Of course, he was sad he didn't get to see Mimi and everyone at the office. Next time :)

Break Time!

Well, we made it back to good ol' Syracuse, NY. Here is a pic of us on our way home. We stopped at Panera's to eat and take a little break. The 3 hour ride does not seem to be appealing to Ollie anymore. I have been loving life since this is Spring Break and I don't have to go to work...which apparently leads to less blogs. Sorry!! I love having Ollie & Mommy days. Yesterday we went to see Dr. Joseph for Ollie's 6 month checkup. The big boy now weighs 15.14 lbs (he lost some when he had the ear infection) and is 27.5 in. long. I have to agree with the doctor when she said, "he's perfect!"

The Future Tiger?

As many of you know, this week was Masters Week. In the Kamery household, this is an extremely big deal. Friends of ours gave us some clothes for Oliver and included was this Masters polo (The size says 2t but that is beside the point). William was so excited for him to wear it, so we saved it for him to wear on Easter. Here he is at Grandma and Grandpa Kamery's playing with a golf ball. William doesn't want me to tell you that he preferred to play with his new snail teething toy :) Happy Easter to all!
