Zoo Again!

It was a beautiful day so daddy came home early so we could go to the zoo. Ollie loves it there so we decided to get a family membership so we could pop in and out all year long! Plus, we thought Grandmas/Grandpas/aunts could take him this summer when they come and stay with us! His latest favorite book is Polar Bear Polar Bear What Do You Hear? which is full of animals, including flamingos so he was excited to see them. I don't know if you can tell but he is wearing his new sandals, which he DID NOT want to wear. Luckily, once we got there he was so distracted by the animals, he was ok with them :)

Papa

People have been asking how big I am and this is actually the first belly shot I have taken with this pregnancy. With Ollie, i took one every couple of weeks! I measured 31 weeks when I was at the doctor's office today (I'm only 25 wks) so I am a little nervous of what I'll look like at the end! My dad came up last night and watched Ollie while I was at my appointment today. Ollie liked playing with Papa. The pic of them together is when we went to lunch. Papa learned first hand that he can be a little escape artist! The pic of Ollie with his mouth open is one I have been trying to get for a while but he will never do it for me when I have the camera. Whenever he gets excited about something (like when his show is on tv) he does this and it is the cutest thing. I was outside the window and daddy was able to snap a quick one of him. We are having a fun vacation..we may hit the zoo tomorrow. P.S. Doesn't he look handsome in his new shirt? Aunt Jamie got it for him....Can't believe our little guy can wear a 2t!

Weekend Fun!

My friend, Barb, has been watching her granddaughter, Gabriella, since Tuesday night. She had us over for a little play date yesterday. I was a little worried since he had been cranky, but it worked out ok. Here are a couple of shots of the kids. Gabriella is crawling so Ollie was chasing her..she wasn't much of a fan of that. We tried to get a group shot, but Ollie was so tired by then he boycotted. Luckily, either a tooth popped through or the pressure is gone because he slept all night last night...and he was a back to his happy self. Thank God! I was cleaning a little today and found the magnetic letters and words I had saved. Ollie loved putting them on the cookie tray and it was a new way for us to work on colors and letters! I am on Spring Break tomorrow so we are looking forward to some quality Mommy and Ollie time!

Chores..

Ollie and I have colds and he is still trying to get those molars in so we're a cranky bunch! This video is from the weekend when I went to a baby sale. Daddy and Ollie stayed home with a chore list! Ollie decided to help daddy mop the kitchen floor!

More Teething!

I have spent DAYS trying to load the egg hunt video, and I mean days! I left the computer on all day yesterday so it could load. Still no luck. I think it may be too large since it is a couple of minutes. We've never tried to post anything that big before. I will see if William can shorten it since it is so cute. Ollie is getting some more teeth (does it ever stop??) and is rather miserable. He will play for a few minutes and then cry and want to be held. So we spent a lot of the weekend watching the Masters and Finding Nemo..not too exciting! Here is a picture of Ollie and Daddy snuggling while watching the Masters.

Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter weekend in Portville. Ollie got to see all of his grandparents and even a couple of great-grandmas! He also got to see The Filips clan and the Weavers. We had an Easter egg hunt on Saturday, which we took video of, that is so cute. I have been trying to load it for the last couple of days and so far I've had no luck. Hopefully I can mess around with it this weekend and get it to work. In the meantime, here are a couple of pics from the weekend. Ollie playing/riding Hogan, or "gee" as he call him. Grandma and Grandpa Kamery got him a little red chair, which he loved because it was light enough for him to move around himself. The top pic is him playing with his new golf clubs.
