Randoms

We've had a busy week. A very good friend of mine at work is retiring and since I am on maternity leave I technically can't be at school. So, we had a party here on Sunday to celebrate. I know you are all thinking how crazy we are since I am THIS pregnant, but my hubby did a great job of getting the backyard ready..for the party AND so we could enjoy it with Ollie before the babies come. As a result, these are just random shots throughout the week. From top to bottom: 1. the new landscaping in the front of the house..Daddy did an awesome job! 2. Watching "Mick"..he was obsessed with Tarzan but now is back to Mickey. He loves pointing to them and shouting out all of their names. He even has a Mickey sleeping bag now at Patti's for nap time! 3. going night night on a lawn chair 4. doing the puzzle Aunt Linda and Uncle Larry gave him...he loves his animal puzzles! 5. playing with money he found on the table..don't even ask! 6. riding his pal, Hogie!

Snuggling with Pooh!

It has been raining here and honestly, I have very little energy so I didn't take any pics this weekend. This photo is from the other day when we were at Babies R Us. Trying to keep him in a cart these days is torture so usually Daddy just runs after him. We found him snuggled up next to Pooh on a shelf! He does have a big Pooh pillow that he sleeps with, so he must have thought it was one of those!

Future landscaper?

William worked on the landscaping in front of our house, which i must admit, has always been a little ho hum. When I picked Ollie up today he couldn't wait to help Daddy in the dirt, which is rather interesting since he would run over to me every time he got dirt on his hands! He loves using his little shovel and dumping dirt (or peat moss as the case may be). I will try to take a pic tomorrow or Saturday of the finished product.

More lining up...

Thought I'd let you see what else Ollie man lines up. One of my friends from work got him these little squirty toys, which he loves because they are all in the Finding Nemo video. The other morning he lined up a bunch of his books in the bathroom doorway. This morning he lined up all of the new shoes for the babies that friends from work gave us, but I couldn't get a picture of it :(

Albany

We decided to head to Albany this weekend since it would probably be the last time in a really long time that we managed to go out there. Plus, we hadn't seen Drew since he's gotten so big. Lynne said Drew normally watches other kids and doesn't really get too involved, but he loved Ollie and kept trying to hug him. Ollie was not a fan of the Willie Nelson style hugs he was giving out. They had a blast though. Daddy took Ollie in the pool for a few minutes since it was still a little chilly, but he loved it. His teeth were chattering but he was so mad when they got out. Now whenever we go outside he tries to climb the fence and says water. Thanks goodness our new heater is coming this week! He'll be happy and so will I since I am home now and sweating non-stop!

Grandma & Grandpa's Visit

These pictures went in backwards..oops. Grandma and Grandpa Kamery came up this weekend. They helped Daddy weed and plant flowers. Ollie decided to get in on the action as well. You can see how hard they worked...they are both so sleepy!

Big Boy Room!

Here are pics of Ollie's new Big Boy Room! He actually has some toys in his room now, so he is excited about that. The only thing we have left to do is get a new shelf for the wall with his crib to put his pictures back on. I took a close up picture of the dresser so you could see the top knobs that are new. I wanted to get them for all of the drawers but Daddy was with us and of course made me see reason since they were $8 a pair. I must admit, I was a wee bit sad at the thought of him moving into his new room, but he is content with it so I am too! Now, we just need to get the nursery room ready for more babies!
