Visit with the Hunts!

Our friends from Portville, who currently live in Philadelphia, have one set of parents in Fayetteville. This happens to work out great for us! We try to see them when they are in town whenever possible. Jamie was suppose to come for a visit this weekend but had to cancel because of all the snow. So, we were able to meet up with Ryan, Emily, Audrey, and their new addition, baby Ethan. Mr. & Ms. Brown were there too! As one would predict, Ollie was SUPER excited to play with both Audrey and Ethan. Unfortunately, his playing tends to be a little aggressive! His first attempt at a hug with Audrey resulted with her in tears since he head butted her. He chased her around LL Bean while she ran for her parents to get picked up! Ollie even went right up to baby Ethan and gave him a kiss. Oops! Hopefully he will be as interested in babies when ours don't go away! By the time we finished eating lunch, they had kind of gotten use to each other and she was semi-receptive to a real hug, which is the picture above. Too bad we can't get them together more often..it was fun!

Snow Days!

We finally got some snow days! Granted, if it wasn't I wouldn't have been able to make it out of the driveway. Ollie and I have napped and played and just lounged around. Daddy had to go shovel(again!) so we thought we would play outside for a bit and get some fresh air. Plus, this way you all can see how much snow we got! I think we actually got around 2 feet, but Daddy made Ollie some sledding hills when he was sledding! Ollie likes being outside but he has a hard time walking in his boots. I even threw in a picture of the backyard so you can see what Hogan is up against!

Grandma Sally

Patti was still in Aruba Monday and Tuesday so Grandma Sally came up to stay with Ollie. They had a grand ol' time! They watched Mickey, played in the basement, made brownies, took a walk, played with Hogie, and who knows what else! Grandma gave him her phone to play with so the bottom picture is him on the phone. While he missed Grandma today, he was happy to see his friends again!

Gus

We had such a great time visiting Matt and Lauren. They even had a new addition, Gus, whom Ollie loved. He wasn't neutered yet so Hogan was ready to come home! We can't wait to see them again!

Sledding!

Of course it snowed it Vermont so Daddy made Ollie a sled out of the top to a plastic tote! He had so much fun, especially when daddy made a little hill for him to slide down. Unfortunately, Mommy forgot to bring the good outdoor gloves so for those Grandparents out there...look close and you will see that he has a pair of sock on his hands, covered by a plastic baggie!

Aquarium Fun!

We went to visit our friends, Matt and Lauren in Vermont over the February break. They still had to work on Friday so we went to the Echo Aquarium in Burlington. We had a great time. Ollie loved seeing all of the fish. They had a little play room with a boat, slide, and a place where you could stick your head in the tank to look at a turtle.

A Full House!

Ok, not sure why the camera is blurry sometimes and not others. William will tell you I always do something wrong but I disagree. Anyways, we had lots of visitors today, our first day of vacation! Aunt Cheri brought all 4 boys and Grandma Stuck. Uncle Larry, Aunt Linda, and Leanne also came. It was a full house, but a great time. I forgot to take pics when he was playing with the boys, but he loved playing with them so much, he didn't want them to go! He kept crying for Austin as they were leaving. Aunt Linda brought the perfect toys. An animal puzzle and stacking/sorting set which are already becoming favorites! Thank you! He loved playing with Leanne and sitting with Uncle Larry. Heading to the doctors tomorrow..will keep everyone posted!
